With over 30 years' experience, Delta Design and Engineering Ltd offer the complete engineering solution, specialising in small batch production and 1-off prototypes working from samples or sketches. A full design service is offered using Autocad 2000 with hardware and software engineers available for problem solving. Drawing for manufacture or quotation can be sent to us via e-mail.

The highly skilled workforce in our CNC equipped machine shop are experienced in machining a wide range of metals and plastics from composites to molybdenum. Newly acquired CNC folding and punching equipment in our sheet metal shop provides high tolerance reliable component manufacture. Our fabrication department offers MIG/TIG and orbital welding for construction of frames and electrical cabinets.

To further enhance these facilities we have now installed a brand new paint spray booth using the latest Trimite paints for superior finishes. Painted panels can subsequently be silkscreened on site. Our existing customer database ranges from 1 man businesses to major international companies taking advantage of the comprehensive facilities offered.
